Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays in Germany.

If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as:

  • DHL

  • Hermes

  • Deutsche Post

The carrier is selected based on destination, parcel size, and delivery speed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €80 (where applicable and shown at checkout).

European Union

3–7 business days

International

7–14 business days (may vary depending on customs)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • SAFA SWEETS is not responsible for delays caused by customs

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
